With that growth came two key challenges: sustaining enough partner referrals to match our expansion, and attracting high-quality talent.

As DENVO scaled rapidly, we needed top-tier brokers to support growth while maintaining high service standards. To attract the right talent, we explored several strategies, including paid acquisition campaigns and B2B outreach.
I led Meta and LinkedIn campaigns, designing our funnels, managing ads, and navigating platform-specific hiring restrictions. These ACQ and RET campaigns generated dozens of qualified leads at an average CPL of $13.87, helping us fill local broker roles.

I also worked on developing a partner system to nurture existing relationships and attract new partners. By combining cold outbound and content for acquisition with newsletters and automations for retention, we grew our referral program into DENVO’s top lead engine.
